Shipment processing time
All artificial hedge panels and green wall orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Therefore, pre-10 am, noon, and Saturday deliveries incur extra charges.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Hedgedin does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order's tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hedgedin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Hedgedin is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact us to file a claim if you received your damaged order.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.K.
