The property developer Space has built this lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Leamington Spa. Unfortunately, the next-door building is a drug rehab centre, and people in the garden always walk around with cigarettes. To thoroughly screen this unpleasant sight, a total height of two metres is required. Unfortunately, with the building regulation, there is only a 1.2m brick wall as a permanent structure. So to achieve the overall two metres height, we extended the wall with an artificial boxwood hedge screening.
The result is instant greenery, and it hides the eyesore completely.
