SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our skilled team offers top-notch products with quick turnaround. Backed by a Chinese manufacturer, our business has a large stock of artificial hedges in our UK warehouse. Because we have the items with us, we guarantee that your orders will be ready for delivery on the next working day. Please note that we ship our hedge panel and green wall order on either the same day or the following day.
For bespoke hedges, it will take longer. Normally, we could ship your custom-made order within ten working days. The shipping fee for hedge panel order is £6.00 plus 20% VAT. We pay for sending your hedge panel and green wall orders. The shipping fee for Bespoke items is £20.00 plus 20% VAT as they are excess our courier standard parcel size. For large orders, we normally use a dedicated van for delivery.
However, if you decide to return the goods. We will refund you less shipping fee. We offer fast ship anywhere in the UK. We can ship to Ireland and Europe as per quote. Should you need to return a product, you may send it back to us within 30 days to our warehouse Unit 18, Enterprise Centre Two, Ford Street Stockport SK3 0BT.
