Here at Hedged In we offer a FREE Next-working-day delivery service for all UK mainland orders. Items will be dispatched with free delivery service. Other areas delivery charge apply as per quote.

We also offer a free delivery service when you purchase any of our artificial hedge panel even if only one is required.

When ordering BESPOKE BUILD HEDGE ITEMS such as instant hedge planters, artificial topiary creatures there will be a delivery charge as per quote.

Once orders have been dispatched you will receive a text message with details about the specific time of delivery, there will be an allocated time slot that the delivery will be made in. If there are any problems with the time of delivery please contact the carrier and they will offer some options to ensure convenience.

In the circumstance you miss the delivery another two attempts will be made and after this the package will be returned to us. If after the third delivery attempt is made and returned to our address a £10 carrier charge will become payable.


HedgedIn want to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make. However should you want to return any items we wish to make this process as easy as possible.

Should you wish to return any items, you can do this within 14 working days from the order arrival date. Please ensure all products being returned have not been used and are in their original packaging, if the item has been used we will be unable to provide a refund.

If the item is faulty, please state this on the returns form and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund but in this case please let us know within 7 working days.

Please include the returns form filled in with the details of the problem with your purchase. We ask that you send it back to use using a tracked or signed-for-service as we cannot guarantee the order will be returned to us safely and promptly. Buyer cover the return postage.
