The property developer Space has built this lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Leamington Spa. Unfortunately, the next-door building is a drug rehab centre, and people in the garden always walk around with cigarettes. To thoroughly screen this unpleasant sight, a total height of two metres is required. Unfortunately, with the building regulations, there is only a 1.2m brick wall as a permanent structure. So, to achieve the overall two-metre height, we extended the wall with an artificial boxwood hedge screening.
The result is instant greenery, and it hides the eyesore completely.
